"Beautiful intimate spot at the Skeena river house! My partner and I booked last minute on a Wednesday evening and Kim was very accommodating and even turned the heat on in our unit the moment she hung up the phone with us.


Our unit was very clean, its close to town and the property was outstanding right on the River!! Kim even provided us with a safe spot to lock up our Mountain bikes. Our breakfast was honestly the best we have EVER had! Local baked breads, homemade scones and all greens from her garden, we were blown away. So we HAD to book another night to actually enjoy this location and of course treat ourselves to another breakfast by Kim."

Delicious homemade breakfast, great cozy guest space for breakfast or a game of pool after exploring Terrace & it's outdoors.
Beautiful huuuge window front with a unique view across the Skeena River.
Very warm & charming place, felt like home 😻. Close to Terrace downtown, great hiking, biking, canoeing nearby. Same for skiing in winter!!

 

Highly recommended & definitely worth a trip!

"This place was amazing! It is nice and close to town, the hosts are very friendly and informative, the breakfast is delicious and the patio/living room views are even better in person. Make sure you give yourself time in your schedule to enjoy the views in the morning and evening."

"Very nice place, with a great view on the Skeena river and mountain of "Beauty Sleeping". Stayed 2 nights and very difficult to [leave]. The breakfast was very good and healthy (i tried an original smoothie with "kale"). good feeling with Kim, and with this wood house. my best place in Canada BC during my round trip of 3500 km at the end of July2016.

I can't say enough about the tranquility of their riverside oasis. Located on the shore of the mighty Skeena River and encircled by the majestic coast mountains, it's impossible not to be inspired - or in my particular case stoked and motivated to explore those very same mountains and ranges spied from the breakfast table.
